General terms and conditions


  2. The client explicitly waives their own general terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these general sales conditions. To be valid, any deviation must be expressly agreed in writing in advance.
  3. Our invoices are payable within 15 working days, unless a different payment term is stated on the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment on the due date, Shuttles reserves the right to charge a flat interest of 10% of the outstanding amount. Shuttles is entitled to suspend the service in the event of late payment without prior notice of default.
  4. If a payment remains outstanding for more than sixty (60) days after the due date, Shuttles reserves the right to engage a collection agency. All judicial and extrajudicial costs are to be borne by the client.
  5. Certain countries apply a withholding tax on the invoice amount in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding tax is to be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Shuttles be involved in costs related to the legislation of a country. The full invoice amount remains due to Shuttles and does not include costs related to the legislation of the country where the client is located.
  6. Shuttles commits to making every effort to provide efficient services in a timely manner and in accordance with the agreed deadlines. However, none of its obligations can be considered as a commitment to achieve a specific result. Shuttles cannot, under any circumstances, be obliged by the client to act as a third party in the context of a claim brought by an end consumer against the client.
  7. To be admissible, any complaint to Shuttles must be reported by registered letter addressed to its registered office within 8 days of delivery of the goods or performance of the services.
  8. All our contractual relationships are exclusively governed by Belgian law.
